Spread the cost of your annual boiler or heat pump service over 12 monthly payments

Sign up for one of our annual service plans today and there’s no upfront cost for your initial boiler or heat pump service.

Instead, the cost of your first service is simply spread across your first 12 monthly payments, making it easier to budget while ensuring your heating system is professionally maintained.

Our plans include:

– Silver Boiler Plan: Annual service worth £85

– Gold Boiler Plan: Annual service worth £120

– Green Heat Pump Plan: Annual service worth £300

Your plan should remain active for 12 months, allowing the full cost of your initial service to be spread over the year. If you choose to cancel before the first 12 months are complete, any outstanding balance relating to your initial service will become payable.

Cover is available for domestic systems only. We may decline cover if your boiler or heat pump is not fit for purpose or requires work beyond a standard service. If that’s the case, we’ll always provide a clear quotation for any recommended repairs or replacement before carrying out any work.

Silver plan: £84.00 annually / £7.00 monthly,

  • Annual Gas Safe registered service.
  • Full safety check & flue gas analysis.
  • Boiler cleaning (main burner, heat exchanger).
  • System filter cleaning (if present).
  • Email reminder for annual service.

Gold plan: £120.00 annually / £10.00 monthly,

  • Everything in Option One.
  • Priority breakdown booking (e.g., within 24-48 hours).
  • Safety report & certificate CP12
  • Controls & thermostat check.
  • inhibitor level check. (Top up chargeable)
  • 2 free call-outs per 12 month period.
  • 10% discount on boiler parts and labour
  • 5% discount on boiler replacement

Our dedicated Green heat pump service plan (£300.00 annually / £25.00 monthly) includes:

  • Cleaning indoor unit filters and checks.
  • Annual inspection of outdoor unit (cleaning coils, clearing debris).
  • Refrigerant leak detection (F-Gas compliance).
  • Checking defrost controls & system performance.
  • Checking antifreeze levels.
  • Priority breakdown booking (e.g., within 24-48 hours)
  • 2 free call-outs per 12 month period.
  • 10% discount on parts & labour for repairs
  • Email reminder for annual service

Yes – most manufacturer warranties require proof of annual servicing. We issue you an electronic certificate for your records after each service.
